By accessing or using PassThe06A ("the Service") at passthe06a.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
PassThe06A is an online exam preparation tool designed to help users study for the Washington State 06A HVAC/R Electrician license exam. The Service provides practice questions, NEC code references, and study tools for educational purposes.
No Guarantee of Exam Results
PassThe06A is a study aid only. We do not guarantee that use of this Service will result in passing the 06A exam or any other examination. Exam content, formats, and requirements are controlled by the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries and may change without notice. Always verify current exam requirements with the appropriate licensing authority.
Accuracy of Content
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of practice questions and NEC code references. However, we do not warrant that the content is error-free, complete, or current. The 2020 National Electrical Code (NEC) is the reference standard used. Users should verify all code citations against official NEC publications.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use PassThe06A. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Purchase and Access
Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access PassThe06A for individual study use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or transfer your access to any other person.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the Service does not function as described. Refund requests should be sent to wiredandbuilt.com@gmail.com with your order details.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
• Share your access credentials or discount codes with others
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the question bank or content
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Service
Intellectual Property
All content on PassThe06A, including practice questions, explanations, and design, is owned by WiredAndBuilt and protected by copyright. NEC code text is reproduced for educational reference purposes under fair use.
Limitation of Liability
PassThe06A and WiredAndBuilt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to exam failure, lost income, or missed licensing opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for access.
Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Accessibility
PassThe06A is committed to making our Service accessible to all users. We strive to comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree that the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Pierce County, Washington. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of arbitration.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Pierce County, Washington.
